H! and employer responsibility
If a EAD is approved is it wise to change over to EAD or continue on the H1 for a few months. My H1 is expiring soon - should I change over to the EAD or try get it extended. What is the employers responsibilty for H1 fees - are they "legally" responsible for all fees? Thanks- Manish SSS
