Visa Validation in UK
Hi, I am currently in UK since 1 month on a work Permit(UK). My Visa validation expires in March 2003, my H1B six year period expires in Nov 2004. Can I get my Visa stamped for extension in UK itself or should I send it to US or should I go to India for stamping. Thanks, S- Scnannapa

H1B - Would be staying outside for 1 Year
Hi , I am currently on H1b Which would be expiring in Nov 2004, I am currently on a Project in UK where I would be staying for 1 Year. After I come back would I get another 6 years on my H1B after I apply to the INS. Thanks, Sat:confused:- Scnannapa
