Hi, Any one got approved after second time finger printing?? Any Idea how much time it may take for the approval after second FP???

I have submitted RFE response thru my lawyer in October ( August 2001 Case) Still the data base is not updated. Any Idea what could be the reason. RFE Deatils: 1) Employer Letter 2) One month pay stubs 3) 2001 W2. Any one in similar situation?????
