Hello , I was working on H1 and chnaged to new employer on EAD. If due to any reason GC is denied , 1. for what period will I be "out of Status" ? 2. If file a H1 once GC is denied , will this have some effect while getting VISA. Appreciate you help. Thanks, Mishra
