Switch to F visa
Can H1-B visa holder switch to F visa after filing I-485? To my knowledge, F visa can not be approved if one has immigration intention. Has anyone heard any story about this? Thanks.- Jms

G-325A form. Please help
In G-325A form, there is box saying "IF YOUR NATIVE ALPHABET IS IN OTHER THAN ROMAN LETTERS, WRITE YOUR NAME IN YOUR NATIVE ALPHABET IN THIS SPACE". I forgot to fill in my name with my native language. Is that a problem? I am concerned... Any idea. Thanks.- Jms
