    emergent AP

    Has anybody applies emergent advanced parole recently, it is becoming harder or are there any more restrict requirements? my case is in Texas, if i want to apply emergent AP, may i go to local office? you suggestion and advice will be appreciated !!!!!!:confused:

    my I-485 in processing

    :( ----- I have been in I-485 pending for 2 years in TSC, I checked by phone yesterday, they wanted additional evidence (materials). has anybody had this experience before? or any comments
