    H4 question

    I am now holding H1 but my position will be cut off and my H1 will end on 05/12. My question is if I sent application to change from H1 to H4 now and if I find a new position before 05/12, can I call INS to cancel the H4 application? So that I can do H1 transfer. Thanks,

    How long the premium processing could be done on INS CA center

    My company will add 1000 to start premium process in CA center to speed up my normal process. My OPT will be expire on 08/07, can I get it before 08/07 by Premium processing? Thanks a lot
