I have a valid H1B till Dec2,2002 and I am getting married in sept2002 in India. Will there be a problem for getting H4 for my wife ? I have used less than 3 years of my H1 period but my company may not file the extension because I have the EAD and they want me to use that. Is there any...- Jazz123
