I have a couple of questions: My I-140 petition has been denied and I filed an appeal with the new evidence. I am under 245-i umbrella. Can I file for a brand new GC and preserve my 245-i grandfathered status? What are the chances for the denial to be reversed with the new evidence...- Yuriy
