Adavce Parole
Hi Gurus, Do we need Advance parole document while leaving the country or while re-entering the country? I was wondering that we apply for advance parole and go to India. When it gets aprroved, my friend can post it to me in India and I can use it to come back. Can I do this? suggestions...- rusan

Travelling while I-485 is filed
Hi, I got my I-140 approved and I am due to apply for I-485. I also have to go to India in June(It is urgent). I understand that by June I will not be able to get EAD and AP. So, Can I go on my H1(it is valid) and come back on H1? Are there any issues? Please advise. -rusan- rusan
