Filed DS 230 instead of I 485 and interview Scheduled in home country
Hi, We have never filed I 485 and got today an email that an interview will be scheduled in my home country. But I am right now in the USA and would therefore like to file I 485. Is this still possible this far in the process? I have nothing anymore in my home country, no address etc so...- Laramischa
