    Will Spouse PR Application affect B2/H1 visa application?

    Hi all, My wife is a Green Card holder and works in US. She plans to file an application to get Green Card for me. During this process (from submit date to approval date), could I still apply for B2 or H1 Visa? I really appreciate any help from you. Many thanks. best Sean
