B2 to exisitng non-quota H1B
Hello, I was working in US on H1b and had to go out of US. Now i have returned to US on a B2 visa. I would like to use the reminder of my time on the existing H1b. F2 to H1B COS
I changed from H1B to F2 after i lost my job. Now i have found a project and filing for H1B COS. Will i have to get a H1B stamping on my passport before i can start work on the new project. My previous H1B visa stamping has expired when i was on F2. Thanks- murulik
