Timeline to file and when to get paperwork started
I am a US citizen. I read that paperwork for I-130, I-485 and that they shouldn't be filed within 60 days. The girl who is here needs to leave within 90 days (Visa waiver will be up). Paperwork would be filed around the 70th day or so. But, what is the timeline issue? - If a birth...- mikemike32170
