Married a visitor. Need Help!!!!
Hi I'm a Green Card holder and I'm eligible for citizenship in 2005. I recently married a person who is in the US on 12mo visitor visa. I want my spouse to be in legal status in US and I would like file for her Immigration. Please help me what do I need to do to keep her in the US.- Koi
