H1-B quota
I have a question about the cap on H1-B visas... I've been on an H1-B visa for 9 months (01/01-09/01) after which I changed over to F-1 status. After finishing my current degree if I wish to obtain another H1-B visa will I be counted against the cap ? Or is it that because I have been counted...- Ins Torture
