    Whether application for J1 waiver to USDA and Extension of J1 visa by ECFMG can be processed simultaneously? I understand that if someone applies to USDA for J1 waiver, but also holds IAP 66 valid for more than 6 months (on fellowship), USDA will not consider the waiver application at all. Thanks
