Question about EB1-EA RFE
Hi Gurus, I recently submitted P3 to NVC (St. Louis) based on I-140 approval (NIW category). Now I got RFE for my other I-140 petition (EB1-EA category). Am I expected to withdraw the EB1-EA category petition soon? If I do not, will that be a black mark on my record? I am certainly not...- CP_xy1
