H visa or green card?
Hi all, Simple question for you. Why would you go for H visa when you can apply for Green card directly? Even it is approved, you will start work in OCT. Green card on the other hand, if EB2 it might take less than that. So, I would go to green card directly. Any opinion? Thank you.- belikecory

Labor certification Subsititution issue
Hi One of my employees just quit after 180 days since he got applied for I-485. and I have one employee that I want to sponsor.
