Question on EAD
Can my spouse forgo her H1 and use EAD while I , the primary holder , still on H1? Can she take a break , stay home for a while on EAD and then search for job ....I mean can she be free of H1 hassles , once we get an EAD ? Appreciate all suggestions . Thanks !- zyxvu
