No AP ,leave US and return with GC,expected
Hi, My wife is in h-4 now,which will expire on Jul 11,2011. She submitted I485 and will be current on Jun 1st 2011. She need travel to China in 2 days and she didn't apply for a AP yet. Can she just expect to receive the green card and reenter US with the green card? I know this is a...- happybull
