Query for H1 transfer
Hi, I'm on H1B visa and an employer-consultancy has filed my H1 transfer. He got a query from USCIS for paperwork for the project he intends to put me on. If I won't get a project till the last date of reply for this, what reply can be given.What are the alternatives. Please advise. Thanks.- Abhay D
