    Lay Off - 2months in to I-485 stage - Just received FP

    Hi, I got my FP notice and I am getting laid off in the middle of April. We haven\'t received our EAD yet. But got AP and FP. Dependent is on H-1. What happens to us. This is after 4 yrs waiting. I am panickingly checking the web site for more information. I guess there is releif if 6 months...
