I485 approved but I am not in USA and dont have valid visa
Please respond as soon as you guys can. I have recieved approval notice but due to my health, I left USA. Now I dont have valid US visa What is my legal standing? For how long approval notice is valid? Can I get US visa based on approval notice? Please reply.- tahir zulfiqar
