    My father is a perm resident not a citizen, I applied when I was un married with no children, I am no divorced and have 1 child, would this still go through ?

    Filed I130 unmarried, got married then divorced ?

    My father applied for my green card about 4 years ago, I was over 21 and un married. He is a resident not a citizen. Since then I am getting divorced. Does this change my status or does it stay the same ? Should I tell them I got married / divorced this year ? Thank you
