    Out of status

    I was on F1 OPT till Oct 2010. My wife and child came on F2. I did not file for H4 and they are out of status for 53 days. They are leaving for India tomorrow. I know some people on this forum who had this experience. Please share some ideas. Thank you very much for your support.
