    I-130 application aprroved but incorrect

    My cousin's I-130 has been approved. However, it indicates the person for whom the petition is filed is in USA eventhought he/she wasn't. I didnt fill Question 22 in form I-130 as he/she wasn't in USA when I submitted original form I-130. How can I correct this? Is it must to file form I-824...
