I want to get my papers for I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) ready before I submit all other forms together.
My question is, if I go to the civil surgeon soon, and they give me the paper that I need to submit (after examination, of course), how long is that paper valid?

In order to get married, it seems that some sort of state-issued ID is needed (like driver's license), what if i have overstayed the visa many years back so with that status, i cannot get any proper state-issued ID.
