    I-130 for step child still initial review almost 5 months

    I am a US citizen,i filed I-130 for my step child who is 12 yrs old,first NOA was received March 27.The status online is still the same,I was wondering how long it takes before USCIS approval,when status is still same date,does this mean my case hasn't been touched at all? Thanks.
