Greencard for brother
Hi, I live in Chicago and I saw that the processing times for 'sibling of a citizen' category at NSC is 5 months. Does that mean that if I apply for my brother, his case will be approved in 5 months? Can any of the knowledgable folks please reply.- wasim23
