    Green card renewal with misdemeanor

    Hi: I have my green card since 1996. In 1998 I got arrested for shoplifting. Got 2 years probation and paid fine. No other convictions. It is now time to renew my green card and I was wondering if I had to bring cert. court papers regarding this case to my biometrics appointment. TIA.

    Hi: I hope someone can answer my question. I got arrested for shoplifting 12 years ago and it is now time to renew my GC. Would I have to bring cert. court papers regarding this case to the biometrics appointment?
