    Hi, I came as a Canadian citizen on B2 tourist visa and I was not issued a form I 94 Record of Arrival. I am filing for a permanent residence based on Relative petition. Do I need to apply for I 94 now that I am applying for a permanent residence in US? Please help. Thank you

    I 485 Adjustment of Status based on 130 Petition - concurrent filing

    Hi, I am applying for permanent residency( I 485) based on relative petition (I 130), I am filing concurrently and I am currently in the US. I have a dual citizenship - Canadian and Slovakian. Should I state both citizenships on the forms? Or is it ok to just state one? (Canadian). Also...
