    I-130 Proof of Bonafide Marriage enough?

    Hello, I've attached a copy of our marriage certificate, lease showing joint tenancy, and various dated pictures to our I-130. Is this enough initial evidence to prove the bona fide marriage or should I attach more? Thank you! Mr President

    New Passport after AOS filing but before Interview

    Hello, my current passport is going to expire in July 2010 which means that I have to renew it. I have an appointment at my consulate to apply for a new passport in March. I'm about to send in my I-485, I-130, I-765 and I-131 package to become a permanent resident (based on marriage to USC)...
