Withdraw GC application of relative
My husband (USC) applied for his brother's GC in 2003. Things changed since then and the brothers are not in good terms. There was a letter recently from INS saying the petition is approved. Can my husband withdraw his sponsorship at this point? Thanks- fromcalifornia
