Urgent help needed - L2 visa & EAD
Hi, I m currently on L2 visa. I have prepared all the forms required for the submission for EAD. I m going on a vacation to India (my husband will still be in USA) and i will be back in 2 months' time. I'd like to know whether I can exit and re-enter USA after applying for EAD? Bcoz...- vasudharavi
