DV 2011 Photo problem
Hi guys, I just submitted my DV2011 application I just paste a 299X413 picture (Head 202X281) onto a 600X600 blank background, it passes the photo validator but later I found out it looks like one of the incorret picture sample... Does the photo validator guarantees my photo to be...- sp010123
