    it\'s so unfair, got a RFE on 3/29/02 (PD: 6/00, RD 6/8/01, ND 8/9/01, FP 11/30/01, EB3, NJ)

    does anybody know who is going to receive the RFE letter,lawyer or myself and when i reply the RFE,should i put any special mark on envelope? any response will be appreciated.
