Virginia - Name Change
We are planning to go abroad by October and i will be sending my applicaiton by Monday 04/20/09 and debating on changing our names along with this process. But if name change delays the oath ceremony, and will falll at the same timeline of our vacation, do not know what to do.. So please share...- mybbtwins

N-400 & 90 days
After reading number of threadson this forum, i am going to only send the following with N-400. (This is based on 5 years of PR) 1. Check 2. Photos 3. Copy of GC 4. of course the application. Continuous residence, physical presence. Tax filed all years, no tax due. Seems right...- mybbtwins
