NIW/Eb1 EA link dates
I am applying for both NIW and Eb1 EA. If I concurrently file my I-485 with EB1 EA, and my EB1 EA gets rejected - will it be possible to link my I-485 to the NIW even if the dates are not current or will my I-485 go down the drain if EB1 EA is rejected and NIW dates are not current?
