Intent to Deny
Yesterday I got message saying my wife got RFE for marriage cert. Today it is my turn When checked up lately AVM said, they have sent out a notice to deny my case. I dont know whether it is because my wife got RFE. Just waiting for the actual notice. Nara- nara prasad

RFE - recieved for my wife
This is my first message to this board. I checked AVM yesterday and it said RFE issued for my wife. I dont know the details yet. My guess is that it is for marriage cert. I dont have a marriage certificate but only affadafit. Can I get the certificate from the consulate ? are there any guys...- nara prasad
