I came to US in Dec. 2007 on L2 Visa which was valid till Feb 2009. I Got my EAD which is valid from March 2008 to May 2010. I went back to India in Nov. 2008 and Got my visa stamped again. Is my EAD still valid or I have to apply for a new EAD? Also I have heard that as per the new rules...
