    URGENT HELP----H1B to F1

    Hi, I m on an H1B visa which expires in Jun 2009 (6th year). I would like to convert my H1 to F1. Can I get it done while I m in US? Do I need to go back to India to get the Change of Status? Will that also take care if I had a dependant on H4? Sameer.
