Just called the IIO
The IIO said they have sent out a REF to ask an additional evidence last week. My lawer confirmed he received it, which ask a employment letter. My case is: ND 09/23/99 PD 02/08/98 NIW EB2 Wish this information can give you guys a little help.- Jack16
