L1-B marrying US citizen. Can I leave job immediately
Am on L1-B visa since 3 mths. My fiance, who is a US citizen is willing to marry me and file I-485 and I-765 for me. Can I leave my job immediately after marriage or I'll become illegal? OR I have to continue working till I get my work permit?- pegassist
