H1B transfer .....please advise
I came to US for the first time in March 2006 on H1B visa through Company A. H1-B visa/I-94 was valid until March 2008. Company A applied for new L1-B in Nov 2006 while I was in US. Can expired H1B visa be transferred ? pls. advise
