    FP Not received for Spouse

    VSC/EB3/India/PD 1-97/ND 8-99/RD 8-99/ FP Oct-12 To my surprise I received FP notice only for self not for my spouse. My attorney says I can go ahead do without spouse. Is it common? Please post your comments.
