Will there be any issue in getting L1 Visa
Hi All, I entered USA on Feb 2008 on multiple entry 10yr B1/B2 visa I was granted B2/6 MONTHS in I-94 till AUG 2008. My question are 1) How long i can stay in US legally? 2) Meanwhile, Employer is planned to do L1 visa for me after i go to India. Will there be any questions in Visa...- vRajasek
