    EB1 cost.

    Hi, I was just wondering that who pays in majority of EB1 cases- is it the employer or the employee? My employer is not very willing to pay a sum of 10k. I was also wondering if a portion of this amount can be paid by the employer if not the full amount. Can members share their experiences...

    Apply both in EB1-OR and EB2(NIW)

    Could anybody please tell me if I could apply both in EB 1(OR)and EB 2 (NIW). Do I have to pay twice the filing fees if I apply in both categories? :confused: Please help!
