Hello, It's me again but new topic. Ok my husband and I being married (I a US citizen and he overstayed a tourist B2 visa expired 2005) when I file petition for spouse and AOS, Is it bad that he is in community college? Someone told me he would get sent back to mexico for being in community...
I believe the processing time for the Atlanta District office is 6 months for AOS. So if we file AOS package with I-130 petition at the end of this month, we can expect his EAD around April, and expect our AOS interview around approximately July/August? So that gives him 3-5 months of work...

Do I have to have income if im his wife and my mom is co-sponsor for affidavit ? Or can I write down $0 income as long as i still fill out the affidavit and my mom co sponsors? Could I include 40 dollars a week for cleaning house?
