H1 - L1 - H1 is it possible ?
Hi, I came to US through H1 and it expired on March 2006 then my company applied for new L1A individual visa and it is valid till Feb 2009. Now i am planing to move to different employer , so can i just change the status from L1 to H1 ? Or I will come under new H1 quota categary ? please...- RajBab
